My Lord!

You are greater than the world You created,
And Your house is the Universe.
I shaped You to my own image
Thinking You vicious, greedy and vain,
Desirous of my praise and sacrifices,
Revengeful of my petty trespasses,
Needful of the houses I build you
While my fellow men I let go without food and shelter.
God! Let me praise You by improving my corner of Your Creation
By filling this little world of mine
With light, warmth, good will and happiness.
